Baked Brie Phyllo Cups with Tomato Jam and Chopped Herbs
1 Brie wheel (medium)
Pre-made phyllo pastry cups
Chopped Herbs (I used thyme/parsley/oregano)
Preheat oven to 350F
Place phllyo pastry cups on a lined baking sheet
Cut the brie cheese into 1" cubes and add one to each pastry cup.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of tomato jam.
Bake for 5-10 minutes until the brie is melted and bubbling.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs.
