SUBMITTING A CLAIM

In the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged, please report the issue within 30 days after the purchase of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to process a claim, please include the following information in your email:
1) Name of the person who bought the product (billing information).
2) Order number (When you placed the order, we sent you an email with this)
3) Subject: Damaged product.
4) Describe what was damaged in the text of the email.
5) Please submit at least 2 photos with the following:
Photo that shows the extent of the damage
Photo of the label on the outer packaging showing the names and addresses of the sender and the addressee.
Any other photo you’d like to share with us related to the damage of the product
It is important to us you provide the most information you can give us about the damaged order. This way we can always improve :)
